Personal assistants

One tool handles a whole range of jobs: notes and to-dos, the calendar, voice message transcripts, search across your personal file archive, putting together documents and reports, even replying to messages on your behalf when you say so. It is built around one specific person and keeps learning on the job: you set new rules in plain speech, no coding.

  • Car service intake manager. A spoken rundown of a car becomes a finished work report.
  • Tour guide. Drafts tour programs and assembles the guide's own materials into PDFs.
  • Event organiser. Finds venues, sends out proposals, keeps track of every event, cuts and posts promo content.
  • Sound engineer. Finds and slices sounds by given criteria right inside the audio editor.
